Terms and Conditions
Our Everything's Included Family breaks offer such great amazing value for money including English Breakfast, Children's Entertainment Passes, Lunch, a two-course evening meal (Starter & Main / Kids buffet), use of our Leisure Club (inclusive of Swimming Pool, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi). We have also included access to Leisure fitness classes and 2 x 25 minute back, neck and shoulder massage. Restaurant dinner reservation and Spa treatment times will be booked on your behalf and a confirmation email sent.

All Inclusive drinks package including house wines, draught beers, branded spirits and soft drinks available between 6 - 11pm: - Spirits are served with a mixer only. - One glass per person per order. - Any drinks purchased outside these times are payable at the bar. All Inclusive wristbands will be issued on check in and are required to access the Family Everything package
Cancellation Policy
50% deposit per room is required at the time of booking, is non- refundable and non-transferable. Payment of the balance is due on arrival . Non Arrival or cancellation up to 48hrs prior to arrival will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to the full cost of stay less the deposit paid.
